Sigma Psi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated will host the chapter’s annual Pajama and Book Drive for children at Carmody Hills Baptist Church in Capitol Heights, Maryland on February 23, 2018 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
The drive is held in conjunction with the Pajama Program, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides new pajamas and new storybooks. Through partnership with the program Sigma Psi Zeta is able to donate to Maryland child and youth services programs to ensure that children in less fortunate circumstances are given a secure and nurturing “good night” at bedtime.
The drive has begun and the chapter is already collecting books and new pajamas for children up to age 17.
